The Role You’ll be involved in sophisticated commercial litigation, with exposure to regulatory, securities, professional negligence, and Indigenous matters. The role offers real opportunities to get on your feet in court, take ownership of files, and develop hands-on client and advocacy skills. What You’ll Do Draft pleadings, conduct research, manage discovery, and assist with hearing prep Work directly with partners and appear in court on appropriate matters Play an active role in litigation strategy and client communication What We’re Looking For 1 - 2 years of litigation experience at a mid-size or large firm Strong written advocacy, sound judgment, and attention to detail Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive Interest in commercial or regulatory litigation is an asset Why Join Early courtroom experience and high-impact work Hands-on mentorship from exceptional litigators Supportive, high-performing, and collegial team culture
