Litigation Associate

We are currently seeking a **Litigation Associate **with a minimum of 5 years commercial litigation experience to join our busy commercial litigation practice. This unique role is akin to an in - house litigation position focused on providing litigation and business advisory services to the firm's solicitors and clients but with the competitive compensation and benefits of private practice. Commercial litigation experience and business acumen are a must. You must also be able to work independently without close supervision and be comfortable in an advisory role and as a "sounding board" for the firm's solicitors on litigation matters. There is no requirement to have a book of business or develop your own clients. For the right person, this is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team and gain experience on varied and complex commercial litigation files.
