Lead retail shifts at Work Authority in Belleville using customer service expertise, team coaching, and sales-focused store operations. This is a part time position.
The Shift Lead oversees store operations and performance during assigned shifts at Work Authority. You will guide retail associates, support customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The position requires proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support retail associates during assigned shifts
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities for smooth operations
- Greet customers and provide prompt, exceptional assistance
- Motivate teams to achieve sales targets and experiences
- Open and close the store while maintaining standards
Requirements:
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Proficiency using POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and various shifts
