Lead Carter's customer experience as a Part Time Retail Supervisor, using product expertise and coaching skills to support growing families. Build welcoming, inclusive store experiences while guiding teams toward service standards.
This supervisor role makes you the brand's first face for families shopping from preemie through size 14. You will educate customers and employees on styles, features, and benefits across Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet. The position combines customer focus, operational controls, feedback, and business-area execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits
- Coach teams on service standards and omni-channel experiences
- Lead assigned business focus areas through detailed follow-through
- Respond to customer concerns as Leader on Duty
- Recognize performance and raise concerns to the Store Manager
Requirements:
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and web navigation
- High school diploma and scheduled availability
