Position: Software Engineer Type: Hourly contractor Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 24-hour sprint Role Responsibilities Develop scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models. Configure environments and design databases for high-performance systems. Collaborate on real-world engineering work to support next-generation machine learning applications. Lead the creation of complex database schemas and ensure robust system architecture. Work independently and asynchronously to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years of elite software engineering experience. Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK. Expertise in API development, including creation, testing, and integration. Proficiency in SQL and database structuring. Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Experience using coding agents in software engineering workflows. Success in leading teams in demanding environments.
