We aim to empower you to excel in your role while supporting your personal and professional growth.*Responsibilities:** Collaborate with physiotherapists, acupuncturists, neurologists, and the rest of the team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.* Develop and implement treatment plans for a diverse patient population, encouraging active participation in their care.* Apply clinical reasoning to create and model effective treatment plans.* Maintain accurate and timely patient records and chart notes.* Engage with the Neurologik team, the community, and referral sources to promote our clinic and services.* Instruct patients in strength, mobility, and flexibility-enhancing exercises.*What We Offer:** A supportive, dynamic, and fun work environment.* Full administrative support for invoicing, billing, patient bookings, and marketing.* Flexible scheduling.* Part-time position with the potential to expand to a full-time role.* Competitive compensation.* The opportunity to be a key part of a new clinic poised for growth.* Direct access to and collaboration with various physicians and specialists.*Ideal Candidate:** Active individual who integrates active and passive therapy methods.* Comfortable working and collaborating in a team environment.* Experienced in treating a diverse patient population.* Flexible, dynamic, and committed to exceptional patient care.* Looking for the next stage in their career.*Qualifications:** Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program.* CCEB Board Certification* Valid and in good standing registration with the *College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC** Hold professional liability insurance.* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.* A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.* Experience with techniques like Shockwave Therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Flexion-Distraction, and other Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Modalities (IASTM) are an asset.
