We aim to empower you to excel in your role while supporting your personal and professional growth. *Responsibilities:** Collaborate with physiotherapists, acupuncturists, neurologists, and the rest of the team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. * Develop and implement treatment plans for a diverse patient population, encouraging active participation in their care. * Apply clinical reasoning to create and model effective treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely patient records and chart notes. * Engage with the Neurologik team, the community, and referral sources to promote our clinic and services. * Instruct patients in strength, mobility, and flexibility-enhancing exercises. *What We Offer:** A supportive, dynamic, and fun work environment. * Full administrative support for invoicing, billing, patient bookings, and marketing. * Flexible scheduling. * Part-time position with the potential to expand to a full-time role. * Competitive compensation. * The opportunity to be a key part of a new clinic poised for growth. * Direct access to and collaboration with various physicians and specialists. *Ideal Candidate:** Active individual who integrates active and passive therapy methods. * Comfortable working and collaborating in a team environment. * Experienced in treating a diverse patient population. * Flexible, dynamic, and committed to exceptional patient care. * Looking for the next stage in their career. *Qualifications:** Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program. * CCEB Board Certification * Valid and in good standing registration with the *College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC** Hold professional liability insurance. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach. * A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. * Experience with techniques like Shockwave Therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Flexion-Distraction, and other Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Modalities (IASTM) are an asset.
