**Sandvik Canada is seeking an****ACCOUNT MANAGER****Location: Greater Toronto Area**In this dynamic role, you will work as acommercial and technical expert supporting Customers to provide solutions and develop opportunities to meetour company’s sales growth goals.**Main duties and responsibilities:** The Account manager will be providing ongoing support to our customer portfolio by consulting with customers to understand their needs and provide the ultimate customer experience by implementing the full Coromant offer. You will be accountable for ensuring that the development strategy aligns with the local business plan and is strengthening our market share. The Sales Engineer will fulfilland deliverexpertise in relevant technical products and application solutions to Customers within the assigned territory. You will beresponsible for ensuring Sandvik Coromant products are correctly implemented and deployed, competitor conversionsare minimized,andhelpcustomersrecognizethevalue of utilizing Sandvik Coromant tools and technology.Builds strong customer relationships and secures customer commitment and service excellence through customers` pain points knowledgeTakes responsibility and control for the high-quality performance of the job duties Displays broad technical knowledge of metal cutting tools knowledge and application experience Consistently improves knowledge of the Sandvik Coromant Offer and quality of production, new tools and technologies to increase professional development**Your profile** Five or more years’ experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools experience and technical knowledge Experience managing external and internal customer relationships in accordance with commercial and technical terms and conditionsRelevant experience from CAD/CAM and application knowledge is an advantage Project management knowledge is an advantage All qualified persons are encouraged to apply at to the **Account Manager** position, requisition **R **; however, Canadians and permanent residents of Canada will be given priority.
