Your Impact Enable teams with scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions Streamline and automate key business processes Turn business needs into clear, actionable system solutions Provide dashboards and insights that drive decisions Drive adoption, best practices, and continuous improvement ⚡ What You Will Do Salesforce Administration & Configuration Administer and maintain Salesforce & Force.com applications Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, flows, and installed packages Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data quality Business Analysis & Process Improvement Partner with business teams to understand, document, and analyze processes Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization Act as a thought leader on technology & efficiency Reporting & Insights blijf Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools Transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders Enablement & Support Provide day‑to‑day support to users Train usersPortano new features and best practices Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams You Will Thrive If You Enjoy understanding how the business really works Like turning complex needs into simple solutions Are both analytical and hands‑on Are comfortable as a trusted advisor to multiple teams Care about building scalable, well‑structured systems ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator吾 2–3 years in a Business Analyst role Proven experience in Salesforce administration & configuration Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices Experience in requirement gathering, process documentation, reporting & dashboards Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills Collaborative, cross‑functional team player Experience in entertainment or live events is a plus Very good French and English required (English essential) Language & Inclusivity The candidate must possess fluent proficiency in English communication skills as day to day business will be done with international clients, including but not limited to the US market / European Market / Asia Pacific / etc. Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture.
