If you are looking to shape the future of influencer marketing, we would love to meet you. Overview Creator is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Customer Success team. The Account Director is the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring campaigns meet objectives, are delivered on time, and provide measurable results. They will manage and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and report to the Head of Client Services to assist in growing the revenue and increasing efficiency within the team. Responsibilities Client Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and aligning influencer marketing strategies to meet objectives. Client Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Client Management: Manage client expectations, communicate performance metrics, and provide insights on campaign results. Client Management: Manage and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Client Management: Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership and accountability in all aspects of work. Client Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to refine agency processes, services, and strategic direction. Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Campaign Oversight: Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and lead post-campaign analyses with actionable insights for clients. Business Growth: Identify and develop opportunities for client upselling or cross-selling, contributing to the growth of the agency. Business Growth: Support new business development by contributing to pitches, proposals, and presentations. Business Growth: Provide thought leadership, delivering presentations, content on social and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
