EXIGENCES -------------------------------- TALTEK is looking to fill the following position for one of its clients: IT Infrastructure Project Manager Permanent position – Hybrid work model (3 days in office) Client located in Ville Saint-Laurent JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a proactive, unifying, and motivating IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure implementation projects. Reporting to the PMO and the Vice President of IT Infrastructure, this individual will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the project plan, budget, resources, and change requests, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. A strong command of IT infrastructure technologies is essential for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution. Handle change requests, risks, and project-related issues. Ensure compliance with governance, security policies, and best practices. Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and senior leadership. Lead follow-up meetings, workshops, and project committees. Actively contribute to team engagement and project success. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure technologies (networking, servers, storage, security, cloud). Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to bring teams together. Experience working in a hybrid work environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills.
