Skills and Responsibilities Provide immediate support for two SharePoint classic sites hosted on Microsoft 365 (M365) as an interim solution. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint classic site functionality, access, and performance. Communicate effectively with the customer to understand needs and provide timely updates. Document all support activities and solutions provided for knowledge sharing and continuity. Assess current SharePoint environment to identify opportunities for optimization and modernization. Plan and coordinate the migration of SharePoint content to an upgraded SharePoint version or to Adobe solutions as the next phase.
