This position provides an opportunity to be an integral part in the company's payroll function and support global teams. About the Role This role requires hands-on experience with high-volume payroll processing. This role reports directly to the Global Payroll Manager. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for a growing retail company throughout Canada, US and LATAM. End-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees. Must be comfortable overseeing hourly, salaried and unionized payroll cycle for the organization. Year-end reconciliation and submission of source deductions, WSIB, EHT etc. Ensure that all necessary government filings and remittances are made in a timely manner. Report and reconciliation, post to GL and assist finance with payroll accounting. Qualifications Ideally 3-5 years of experience processing high-volume payroll. PCP or PLP certification an asset. Strong understanding of ADP WFN Organized and possess a strong attention to detail. Can work in a collaborative environment & independently. Can work in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills Hands-on experience with high-volume payroll processing. Strong understanding of payroll systems.
