They are currently seeking a talented Insurance Litigation Associate to join their Calgary team. The firm is known for its client-focused approach and innovative legal solutions across a wide range of services. In this position, you will collaborate with a team handling insurance defense, product liability, regulatory matters, and commercial litigation. You’ll be assisting with high-profile accounts, while gaining exposure to all aspects of litigation, including providing legal counsel, conducting examinations for discovery, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.
