The Opportunity As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you’ll start by mastering the foundations of sales, customer engagement, and brand representation through our in-person promotional credit card campaigns. From there, you’ll progress into team leadership, campaign coordination, and account management — gaining the skills and experience to lead your own projects and teams. What You’ll Do Learn the foundations of face-to-face sales and marketing through retail events, pop-up campaigns, and promotional activations. Engage with customers directly , delivering product information, answering questions, and helping them find the best solutions in a professional, friendly manner. Support event operations , including setup, display organization, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Participate in structured training programs focused on leadership development, business operations, and professional growth.
