Our elite Entry Level Account Managers are experts at forging and maintaining client relationships, seizing sales opportunities, and delivering unmatched customer service.

**Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager**:

- Engage in the complete sales process, from client acquisition to account management and service upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Optimize efficiency through consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by building robust relationships, attracting new business, and driving profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing all inquiries and concerns, both over the phone and in person.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and accurately report all interactions in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor metrics closely, share results with senior Account Managers, and set ambitious targets accordingly.

**Requirements of the Customer Account Specialist**:

- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, customer service roles, and/or account management roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study is preferred.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills are a must.
- Ability to handle objections and utilize negotiation tactics to close deals.
- Must have a competitive nature and a drive to excel.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and individually with little or no supervision.
- This is a Full-Time and in-person position, and the daily commute to our office is required.

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
