We design, implement, and support a comprehensive DB pension administration solution for large public sector clients. You will manage a multidisciplinary implementation team and take overall accountability for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations within planned deadlines. You'll serve as the bridge between our clients and product development team, ensuring that client needs are understood and met while managing project scope, priorities, and risks. This is a leadership position where you'll not only deliver solutions but also coach and develop your team members. What’s in it for you 100% work from home arrangement with travel requirements for essential meetings Long-term, enterprise-level project engagement with direct client interaction Leadership opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive innovation Comprehensive customizable benefits package to suit your unique needs and lifestyle Paid vacation days & well-being days as well as a well-being expense account to help maintain a better work/life balance Various investment options such as employee share purchase plan, group RRSP & TFSA, and DC pension plan Generous mental health support account to cover the cost of therapy/counseling sessions What you'll do Present and promote the Ariel EAS software solution to clients, representing their needs to the Product Development team Coordinate implementation teams and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery Manage priorities and ensure high-value deliverables that meet client expectations Plan and control project scope based on contract requirements and maintain the Requirements Traceability matrix Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to problems as they arise Stay informed of new product developments and incorporate them into strategic decision-making Provide concise requirements for custom gaps to the product team Lead the transition to the support team and ensure clients fully understand the delivered solution Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and propose innovative improvements to existing processes You have Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant area, such as workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex software solutions Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and project management principles Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including project managers and product development teams Experience presenting technical solutions to clients and stakeholder Strong English language proficiency with the ability to speak and present effectively to clients Availability to travel up to 20% as needed for client meetings and project requirements What you bring Strong decision-making skills in uncertain and risky situations Ability to influence people both internally and with clients, with the assertiveness to decline requests that jeopardize project success Excellent communication skills with the ability to use technical terminology appropriately and adapt your style based on audience understanding Consistently positive attitude that fosters team engagement and motivation Coaching mindset with a commitment to continuous resource development Innovative thinking with the ability to propose improvements to existing processes Nice to Have Experience with pension administration software systems Bilingualism would be considered an asset A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
