Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of trading results. Your responsibilities will involve trade validation, inventory accounting, and collaboration with various teams to deliver insightful analysis. Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and reconcile trade data and discrepancies
• Conduct inventory accounting and variance investigation
• Provide profitability analysis and insights on trading performance
• Support month-end close and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards in reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years in operations accounting
• Knowledge of Allegro or similar systems is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
