At Hertz, we are seeking passionate individuals ready to delve into our Manager in Training program. You’ll receive hands-on training in various areas, including sales, operations, customer service, and finance. This role is designed to fast-track you to a Branch Manager position within 12-18 months while achieving excellence in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in training for operations and sales management
• Support customer service excellence at your location
• Learn finance and fleet management practices
• Work on multitasking and computer skills development
• Assist in meeting location sales goals
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 20 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven multitasking and computer skills
