Senior Technical Project Manager

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of various projects, collaborating with the business to understand priorities and requirements so development is planned effectively and responsive to changing business needs. This role reports to the Director, Development and has a path for growth. Responsibilities Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity Daily prioritization of the development team’s priorities and the company roadmap Specification and management of new features, bug fixes, and change requests Delivery of new bespoke products and upgrades to existing bespoke products 3rd party integrations, including internal back-office systems, product integrations, 3rd party payment integrations, and platform/software integrations Deliver projects to meet changes in compliance/certification guidelines across multiple jurisdictions and territories Oversee a development team Create and maintain project specifications Hands-on involvement with technical projects Collaborate with product teams to project manage gaming and non-gaming projects, including governance, compliance, and reporting Deliver projects using a structured agile project management methodology, with the ability to adapt the approach to fit specific project needs Organize and coordinate regular design, evaluation, and project progress meetings Ensure a high-quality handover of completed projects to internal and external customers Own the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment and post-deployment support Concurrently manage multiple projects and effectively manage scope, issues, risks, time, budget, and quality assurances Manage all project and non-project processes that impact delivery Manage stakeholder and management expectations Plan, communicate, set expectations, and manage scope, issues, and risks throughout project delivery Manage 3rd party providers and ensure project reporting and administration are up to date Ensure business requirements are sufficiently defined to enable project delivery Proactively identify future business and technology improvements Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Technical Project Management experience Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to coordinate with various departments, stakeholders, and customers to align expectations Experience managing 3rd party providers and technical development resources Knowledge of best practices for project management, with experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them appropriately Experience in an Agile environment IT-oriented skill set Self-starter who can work autonomously within a high-functioning PMO team Experience in an online gaming environment is a plus Project Management Professional Certification, Agile Certification, or equivalent is a plus Nice to have Experience within the iGaming industry Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Gambling Facilities and Casinos #J-18808-Ljbffr
