We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can turn complex business problems into smooth, scalable technical workflows. This isn’t your typical PM role, you’ll operate at the intersection of delivery, systems thinking, and automation strategy. What you’ll do: Translate strategic goals into scoped, sequenced technical projects Lead implementations from kickoff to go-live across systems, data, and process Coordinate across internal and client teams, keeping everyone clear and on track Facilitate handoffs between discovery, build, and QA Keep Notion (or Airtable/ClickUp) boards structured and moving Guide clients through testing, rollout, and adoption What makes you a great fit: 5+ years managing technical implementations in consulting, SaaS, or agency settings Strong systems thinker - understands integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies Confident communicator with clients, developers, and leadership Comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp Able to adapt between Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid workflows Bonus: experience with SaaS tools (like HubSpot, NetSuite), APIs/webhooks, or no-code delivery What you’ll get: A flexible, remote-first role across North America A tight-knit team that makes fast decisions and values autonomy Work that’s high-impact and far from boring Learning and growth in the AI + automation space 3 weeks paid vacation to recharge If you get energy from solving messy problems and leading teams through real transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
