About The Role As Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be actively involved in every aspect of the Sales Department. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will help set direction, support the team, and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating Support and oversee vehicle inventory responsibilities Lead with enthusiasm, motivation, and positivity Inspire, train, and coach a strong sales team Develop and implement marketing strategies for growth Use CRM tools effectively, be familiar with PBS Systems, and hold an AMVIC license Why Apply?
