En tant que spécialiste DevOps, vous relèverez du chef de la technologie et de la stratégie commerciale. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion de l'environnement Cloud, des déploiements automatisés en production et de la surveillance de l'environnement Cloud, avec une attention particulière à la sécurité.


Principales tâches et responsabilités :

· Gérer la production et les mises à jour de nos applications et services, en mettant l'accent sur la fiabilité et l'efficacité des processus en supervisant les pipelines de publication et CI/CD.

· Favoriser une culture DevSecOps et Agile en participant activement à la création de ressources et aux mises à jour d'applications dans les environnements de développement, de production et de récupération.

· Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de développement logiciel, fournir des conseils pour des déploiements de production fluides de l'équipe DevSecOps.

· Mettre en œuvre les éléments nécessaires pour rationaliser les transitions en mode opérationnel, y compris la surveillance, l'alerte et le développement de bases de connaissances.

· Évaluer régulièrement l'état des services et optimiser l'utilisation des ressources Cloud.

· Assurer la disponibilité élevée des services et applications critiques grâce à une planification complète de la reprise après sinistre.

· Surveiller et mettre à jour la plateforme Cloud Azure, en assurant une amélioration continue et une conformité avec les exigences en évolution.

· Maintenir les normes de sécurité en mettant en œuvre des politiques et des procédures conformément au cadre de gouvernance de la sécurité.

· Jouer un rôle actif dans la gestion des incidents, en aidant à l'identification et à la résolution des incidents et problèmes.


Éducation :

Diplôme collégial (DEC) en informatique ou toute autre formation pertinente.


Compétences requises :

· 5+ années d'expérience dans des rôles similaires.

· 3+ années d'expérience avec DevOps.

· Solide connaissance de l'informatique en nuage (Microsoft Azure) et de PowerShell.

· Bonne compréhension de DevOps/DevSecOps, Agile, "Tout comme du Code", automatisation en nuage, etc.

· Excellentes compétences en communication en français, à l'oral et à l'écrit.

· Maîtrise fonctionnelle de l'anglais pour les communications avec le support et les fournisseurs.

· Compétences en identification et résolution de problèmes.

· Fortes capacités analytiques, identification de solutions et respect des principes d'escalade.

· Connaissance de la cybersécurité.

· Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.


Compétences préférées :

· Expérience dans le secteur immobilier

· Certifications Microsoft Azure

As a DevOps specialist, you will be reporting to the Chief of Technology and Business Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the Cloud environment, automated production deployments, and Cloud environment monitoring, all with a primary focus on security.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage the production and updates of our applications and services, emphasizing process reliability and efficiency through overseeing release pipelines and CI/CD.

· Foster a DevSecOps and Agile culture by actively participating in resource creation and application updates across development, production, and recovery environments

· Collaborate closely with the software development team, providing guidance for smooth DevSecOps team production deployments.

· Implement necessary elements to streamline transitions to operational mode, including monitoring, alerting, and knowledge base development.

· Regularly assess the status of services and optimize Cloud resource utilization.

· Ensure high availability of critical services and applications through comprehensive disaster recovery planning.

· Monitor and update the Azure Cloud platform, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with evolving requirements.

· Uphold security standards by implementing policies and procedures in adherence to the Security Governance framework.

· Play an active role in incident management, assisting in the identification and resolution of incidents and issues.


Education:

College diploma (DEC) in computer science or any other relevant training.


Required Skills:

· 5+ years of experience in similar roles.

· 3+ years of experience with DevOps.

· Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Microsoft Azure) and PowerShell.

· Good understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps, Agile, "Everything as Code," cloud automation, etc.

· Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.

· Functional English proficiency for communications with support and suppliers.

· Skills in problem identification and resolution.

· Strong analytical abilities, solution identification, and adherence to escalation principles.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.


Preferred skills:

· Experience in the real estate sector.

· Microsoft Azure certifications.
