Role Overview We are looking for DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable, automated infrastructure for our products and customer environments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and GitOps workflows to enable efficient, scalable, and secure software delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitOps (Flux). Automate deployments and configuration using Bash and Ansible. Manage Docker and Kubernetes deployments. Traffic tests. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance. Collaborate with teams to improve delivery pipelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong Linux and networking background. Experience with cloud platforms. Proficiency in Bash, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and Kubernetes. Key Skills and Competence Hands-on with automation and GitOps practices. Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Continuous improvement mindset. Language Requirements Fluent in Croatian and strong proficiency in English (corporate language).
