Overview Join Ecolab’s Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team as a Territory Representative covering a territory including Vancouver Island, Powell River, Port Hardy and the surrounding areas. The Territory Representative delivers a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program developed for the QSR industry, partnering with customers to identify cleaning and sanitation opportunities and help make their environments Cleaner, Safer, and Healthier. What’s In It For You Receive a company vehicle for business and personal use along with a smart phone and tablet computer Robust paid training program with subject matter experts Plan and manage your own schedule in a flexible, independent work environment Opportunity to build a long-term, advanced career path in sales or other areas within Ecolab Responsibilities Manage a territory of QSR customers and install, maintain, and repair our chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems (prior experience not required) to ensure proper function and appearance Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandising solutions and providing service excellence Gain new sales through new products and customers Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high-quality surveys Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule Position Details This is a field-based position requiring travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Vancouver Island, Powell River, Port Hardy and the surrounding areas. Applicants must live in the territory anywhere between Victoria to Nanaimo (or nearby). Post-secondary education preferred. 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings No Immigration Sponsorship available Physical Demands Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly Ecolab in good faith anticipates paying within the posted range. Compensation Range Total expected compensation is in the range of $58,700–$73,900. This range reflects full-time 40 hours per week and may vary based on education, training, experience, location, and travel.
