Prepare espresso drinks and serve coffee at Tim Hortons in Edmonton, using prescribed recipes and customer-focused beverage expertise. Support customers at the Feltham Centre location.
As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items. You will understand customer interests, explain the menu, and answer questions. The work includes coffee equipment sales, demonstrations, troubleshooting, sanitation, and store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and determine their coffee interests
- Explain menu options and answer customer questions
- Prepare espresso, café latte, and cappuccino drinks
- Demonstrate coffee grinding and brewing equipment
- Maintain equipment, supplies, sanitation, and store appearance
Requirements:
- Previous Barista experience is an asset
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Willingness to request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
