Overview The New Business Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves market research, lead generation, developing strong client relationships, and closing deals to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
