Founding Senior Marketing Lead

Own and operate the entire marketing function at AutoReel – end to end – excluding paid social/performance execution (which is handled by a dedicated performance marketer). You are taking this function directly off the founders’ plates as the company scales. This is a founding, hands‑on senior IC role focused on executing. You will personally build, ship, test, and iterate funnels, lifecycle systems, content engines, and brand execution before anything scales. Over time, as leverage is proven, this role can evolve into Director or Head of Marketing. You will work closely with the founders with high autonomy and high accountability. Output and results matters more than polish. We move super fast and stay uncomfortable, but have a blast doing so. What You Own Funnels: Lead magnets, webinars, and shared funnel strategy with paid acquisition to improve blended CAC and conversion. Partner/liaison with our team's performance marketer specialist as needed. Lifecycle Marketing: Full email lifecycle ownership (onboarding, trial conversion, retention & expansion, churn reduction & win‑back). Content & Distribution: Own all content and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn). Content includes webinars, podcasts, case studies, lead magnet assets, and other educational assets. All content, social media, and distribution will position AutoReel as a category‑defining AI SaaS brand in Real Estate. Brand & Creative: Messaging & positioning, visual & tonal consistency across all touchpoints, and quality bar enforcement across all channels. Partnership & Affiliates: Own affiliate strategy and execution. Recruit and activate new affiliate partners. You are the hub of our marketing function, owning strategy, execution, and ultimately responsible for business outcomes. You build systems, not one‑off/ad‑hoc deals or processes. What Success (KPIs) Look Like Social Growth: Post 4‑5x per week. Grow social following organically from 4,000 followers to 15,000 followers by end of 2026. Webinars: Own and drive weekly webinars for trial users to drive activations. Monthly webinars for free users to drive conversions. Monthly advanced training webinars for active paid users. Founder Amplification: Secure 3‑5 podcasts/webinars/appearances monthly for founder. We measure ourselves based on both execution and outcomes – not just activity. Ideal Background 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS and/or founder‑adjacent roles Has personally owned funnels, lifecycle, and content (not just managed people/teams) Comfortable executing against aggressive growth KPIs Strong copywriting instincts and sharp strategic judgment Bias toward speed, iteration, and shipping over perfection Highly AI‑enabled: uses modern AI tools, technology, and automation to scale output without large teams Real estate experience helpful, not required.
