Responsibilities Collect relevant medical and non-medical information by phone to support claim analysis. Evaluate new disability claims for eligibility, verify documentation, and follow up on missing information. Communicate claim decisions to clients via phone and written correspondence. Process and pay disability benefits in accordance with QPAY guidelines. Maintain accurate records and update client files using internal systems (e.g., Tide). What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Is known for their strong ability to assess claims quickly using QPAY criteria. Stands out for their proficiency in interpreting contracts, clauses, and procedural documentation. Demonstrates a strong and solid understanding of QuickPay criteria and exclusions (e.g., confirmed diagnosis, ongoing treatment). Is skilled in processing payments and updating internal systems. Is competent in drafting clear and professional letters and emails. Has 2-5 years of experience in administrative or finance domain. Advanced level of English and French, as the position involves participating in interviews with insurers in English and French, responding to emails, and drafting documentation in English and French with English- and French-speaking internal partners on a daily basis.
