  • Optimize small molecule drug properties using AI-driven pipelines
  • Build and refine robust ML architectures from scratch
  • Contribute to a high-performance codebase (Python, PyTorch)
  • Collaborate with an elite team of ML scientists, computational chemists, and industry leaders

What they are looking for:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or Mathematics (Master's acceptable with strong experience)
  • First-author publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML (strong preference for top-tier AI conferences)
  • Deep expertise in Machine Learning - ideally in Diffusion Models, Transformers, Bayesian Optimization
  • 2+ years of large-scale coding experience
  • Expert-level Python & PyTorch skills

Why Join?

  • Work at the forefront of AI-driven drug discovery – a field poised for massive impact
  • Highly innovative research environment – no prior experience in chemistry or biology required
