About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join a top-tier product company. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building scalable, high-performance machine learning systems that drive real-world impact. You will work alongside world-class engineers and researchers in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for large-scale production systems.
  • Optimize ML pipelines, improving performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Work closely with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into production.
  • Experiment with state-of-the-art ML techniques, including deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
  • Enhance data processing workflows, leveraging distributed computing frameworks.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve model performance.
  • Contribute to research and development in AI-driven products and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing distributed computing solutions using Spark, Ray, or Flink.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on ambiguous challenges.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or SageMaker.
  • Knowledge of real-time ML applications and model deployment strategies.
  • Background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups or Silicon Valley companies.
