Credit Advisor (Part-Time, In-Person)Location:In-person Ottawa, ON Job Type:Part-time (with opportunity to grow into full-time)Job DescriptionCapital Financial is a Canadian financial support platform focused on credit building, financial relief, and long-term financial planning. We are currently looking for a Credit Advisor to join our team in person on a part-time basis.This role is client-facing and support-focused. You will work directly with members who have joined our app, helping them understand their credit profile, answering questions, and guiding them through their selected program.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Credit Advisor, you will be responsible for:Responding to client emails and in-app messages in a professional and timely mannerConducting scheduled video calls with clients to review their credit situationExplaining credit reports, balances, utilization, and general credit concepts clearlyGuiding clients through Capital Financials credit building and financial relief programsUpdating client notes, status, and progress inside our internal work systemFollowing structured advisor workflows and internal guidelinesEscalating complex or sensitive cases to management when requiredMaintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all timesThis role does not involve selling, collecting payments, or making guarantees.RequirementsPrevious experience in credit advising, financial services, or a related roleStrong understanding of Canadian credit basics (credit scores, utilization, reporting)Comfortable communicating with clients via email and video callsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clientsBasic computer skills and ability to learn internal software toolsProfessional communication and customer-focused mindsetSchedule & CompensationPart-time, in-person roleFlexible scheduling during business hours (Monday Friday)Paid at Ontario minimum wageOpportunity to transition into a full-time position as client volume growsWhy Work With UsStable, growing company with clear processesNo cold calling or commission pressureStructured workflows and supportOpportunity to grow with the company long-termHow to ApplyPlease apply with:Your resumeA brief note outlining your experience in credit or financial advisingOnly candidates selected for interviews will be contacted
