The Field Service Developer is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of the Field Service business by implementing CRM best practices. This role focuses on delivering an intuitive user experience across both mobile and desktop platforms while monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure consistency and data accuracy throughout all platforms. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial CRM and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and will be fully remote. Responsibilities Design and sustain dependable real‑time integration between our FSL and Oracle ERP systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools. Develop a field service management platform that exemplifies best‑in‑class standards for our users. Essential Job Requirements Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification. At least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms. At least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning. At least 3 years developing Webservice APIs. At least 3 years in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development. Preferred Qualifications Platform User Experience Designer Certification. Service Cloud experience.
