Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Finance (FI) Delivery Lead to join their project immediately, and will run for 6 to 12 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have at least six years of hands‑on experience with SAP Finance modules and participation in full‑lifecycle implementations as well as a strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. This is a hybrid role, with the exact number of on‑site days to be confirmed. Key Responsibilities Design and architect SAP S/4HANA solutions for financial services, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage end-to-end integration of SAP S/4HANA with third-party systems and external platforms. Lead and manage SAP projects within the financial services domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. SAP certification is a strong asset.
