**The Position**

We are looking for an established **SAP Analytics and Data Principal** consultant/ architect to join our practice in North America. This is a customer-facing role delivering technology consulting, architecture, and advisory services for SAP customers across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid scenarios. It involves providing solution guidance, design, hands-on implementation, and delivery of SAP BTP Data to Value, Analytics, and Data solutions for SAP customers while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. This is a key role that helps with all aspects of Analytics and Data consulting engagements - from vision to value, and also participates in internal SAP activities for Customer Success.

**Work Experience**
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in Data and Analytics, with at least 10 years of North American consulting experience helping customers realize business value from data
- End-to-end implementation experience using SAP Analytics and Data solutions, from understanding business needs to solution implementation
- Hands-on experience with different SAP Analytics and Data solutions such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW, BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects BI, Data Services, SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Warehouse Cloud, HANA Cloud, Data Intelligence, Data Intelligence Cloud
- Clear understanding of SAP’s Data and Analytics strategy, and an ability to guide customers in defining their data and analytics strategy, and roadmap
- Must possess a cloud mindset and have a good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform architecture

**Skills**
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded analytics, specifically with Core Data Services (CDS) Views development techniques and publishing them as ODATA service. Developing and enhancing Multidimensional Reports, Query Browser queries, and Analytical Fiori Applications.
- Working experience and understanding of BW on HANA or BW/4HANA features, standard extractors, ODP framework, ADSOs, complex/ABAP based transformations, composite providers leveraging HANA calculation views (hybrid scenarios), Queries and consuming them in Analysis for office.
- Strong experience with native HANA modeling (calculation views), Analytical Privileges, HDI containers using development tools like HANA Studio, Eclipse or Web IDE
- Proven experience with performance tuning of HANA models and BW models
- Strong hands-on experience with story building / dashboarding, data wrangling in SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as a clear understanding of leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud as a planning tool
- Understanding and working knowledge of data modeling, business modeling and data flow development in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud utilizing different data sources
- Proven track record of working with business SMEs and building/architecting analytical solutions for different LOB areas such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, etc.
- SAP Activate methodology experience
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform, including provisioning and administration of SAP HANA Cloud instance, HANA cloud modeling with tooling such as Business Application Studio and Database Explorer
- Experience with Data Services/ Information Steward/ SDI/ SDQ/ SDA a plus
- Experience with BTP Integration Suite a plus
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning a plus
- Experience with Python a plus
- Any relevant certifications (SAP, PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, TOGAF, CSM, SAFe..) a plus
