You will design and develop robust, scalable backend systems that enable seamless data integration and intelligent agentic workflows across our customers' organizations. This role involves translating real-world client challenges into scalable platform capabilities while maintaining enterprise-grade security and performance. Join our team of experienced engineers, taking on some of our most complex technical challenges in building distributed AI systems. This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering. Responsibilities Design and develop core platform infrastructure and backend services that power client AI solutions Develop robust integration frameworks that enable seamless connectivity with enterprise systems (databases, CRMs, ERPs, etc.) Create and maintain the Aviron Platform, our intelligent agentic workflow engine and drive measurable business outcomes for clients Support client implementations by improving the Aviron Platform, associated tooling and integrations Architect and implement enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data privacy controls Optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability to handle growing enterprise workloads Build monitoring, observability, and debugging tools to enable rapid issue resolution Promote a culture of excellence in code quality, testing, and deployment practices Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities Who you are We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and qualities: 5-8 years of engineering experience, with a focus on strong software development practices. Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud services (databases, cloud-native systems, micro-services, etc.) Strong expertise with Go Strong experience with the Web Platform. Hands-on experience with product design and user experience, shaping features and systems to drive meaningful user outcomes.
