The role includes managing farm workers, maintaining safety, and ensuring quality production records. Responsibilities Organize tasks to accomplish the work Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations Maintain work records and logs Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Perform general farm duties Train workers in duties and policies Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Prepare, administer and grade assigned work Maintain internal record‑keeping system Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities Complete reports to record problems and work performed Train other workers Coordinate planting and cultivating activities Supervision Supervise 5–10 people Crops Apples Asparagus Cherries Qualifications Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
