Automation QA Engineer at Insight Global supporting a global auctioneering organization. You will own quality for a Salesforce‑centric ecosystem—driving test strategy, building automation, and partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality releases. Base pay range CA$125,000.00/yr - CA$130,000.00/yr Location Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada What You’ll Do Lead test strategy and automation for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Ensure strong coverage across UI, API, integrations, workflows, data, and performance. Build and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Analyze requirements, design test scenarios, and write maintainable test cases. Report defects clearly, support triage, and communicate risks and release readiness. Collaborate with manual QA to convert high‑value scenarios into automation. Partner with engineering and cross‑team automation groups to share best practices. Continuously improve testing tools, frameworks, and long‑term automation architecture. Mentor teammates and contribute to a strong quality and safety culture. Required Skills 7+ years testing large‑scale applications. 4+ years driving QA strategy and quality processes. 3+ years building automation frameworks + CI/CD integration. 3+ years programming (Java preferred). Experience with Selenium, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, TestNG, REST Assured. Strong knowledge of Postman, Jenkins, JMeter, Zephyr/Jira, and SQL. History of long‑term ownership across multiple release cycles. Nice to Have Degree in CS, Engineering, IT (or equivalent). QA or Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD1/PD2, App Builder). Experience across UI, API, integration, performance, and database testing. Experience managing automation within CI/CD and quality dashboards.
