Route Sales Representative – Frito Lay Victoria PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Representative to manage and grow snack business across grocery, gas, and convenience stores in Victoria, BC. Overview As a Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Canada, you will: (1) sell and develop the business; (2) service customers through delivery and merchandising. Your primary responsibility is to develop and sustain a growing snack foods business within a designated group of retail customers. Key Responsibilities Execute hands‑on activities: manage product placement on shelves, increase shelf facings and racks, handle carton returns, inventory movement, and clean shelving and racks. Identify changing customer needs continually by reviewing highest‑selling products. Develop all assigned accounts in relation to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service objectives. Sell and execute national and local promotions, request placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks, and sell product inventory for customer volume demands. Manage inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers. Qualifications Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license. A car or reliable, consistent access to a car and a clear/clean driving record. Scheduling flexibility: ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior sales experience with a consumer‑packaged goods or retail organization preferred. Outstanding organizational skills – able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, meet targets. Compensation 56,000 annually. Hours & Shift Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Must have full‑time availability including weekends. Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
