Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements to understand their specific needs. Provide technical guidance and demonstrate solutions to support customer success. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges. Develop and maintain software applications using C++ and Restful APIs to showcase the capabilities of the Matrox development platforms.

Lead client training workshops and deliver technical presentations to educate and support OEMs. Represent the company at trade shows and visit OEM sites to gain firsthand insights into customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline 3 to 5 years’ experience working with networking, IT, and public cloud deployments.

Experience

working with video broadcast technologies is required.

Experience
