About the role We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Head of Pricing to lead our pricing strategy across the U.S., Canadian, and North American cross‑border markets. This role will own the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of UniUni’s pricing framework, ensuring competitiveness while protecting profitability. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of logistics products and cost structures, strong financial acumen, and a clear understanding of the competitive landscape. What you’ll do Build and manage comprehensive pricing systems for: U.S. domestic delivery, Canadian domestic delivery, and U.S.–Canada cross‑border logistics Break down and analyze cost structures of different logistics components (linehaul, last‑mile, pickup, injection, Canada Post partnership, etc.) to guide accurate and competitive quotations. Evaluate client profitability by analyzing costs and margins across different customer profiles. Respond to Business Development (BD) teams’ pricing requests with well‑structured rate proposals. Monitor industry trends and track competitor pricing to ensure UniUni remains competitive. Develop pricing models and dashboards to provide visibility into cost‑to‑serve, profitability, and market positioning. Partner with Finance to interpret and leverage financial reports for pricing decisions. Continuously review and adjust the pricing framework to protect and improve company margins. Manage and mentor a growing Pricing Team (including Pricing Specialists). Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or product/finance roles within logistics, transportation, or parcel delivery industries. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian domestic logistics operations and cross‑border shipping. Expertise in cost modeling, pricing analytics, and financial reporting. Proven ability to track competitor pricing and align strategies with market trends. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
