Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w/business needs Work with internal/external teams to customize/configure systems Create & deliver training to end-users Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned Requirements Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills Up-to-date skills & knowledge of business applications 2+ years relevant IT exp w/tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk 2+ years exp with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin Cert/exp with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Info Systems an asset Valid drivers licence Willing to travel to remote stores for support outside of standard business hours as needed CONNECT with us today We offer continued training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across SK & MB offer endless opportunities for you to GROW.
