Base pay range CA$60.00/hr - CA$75.00/hr We’re looking for two Power BI Developers to join our clients Analytics Team, transforming complex data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll play a key part in modernizing our reporting infrastructure by migrating legacy reports from WebFOCUS and Oracle BI Publisher to Power BI Report Builder. If this sounds like you please apply directly or send your resume to Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI Report Builder reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability. Analyze functional requirements from IT Business Systems Analysts and collaborate with Business Support teams to deliver effective reporting solutions. Lead all phases of the report development life cycle, including design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post‑deployment enhancements. Ensure reports meet business needs by applying best practices in data visualization, UX/UI, and performance optimization. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Power BI reporting standards and frameworks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and ensure consistent data quality across reporting platforms. Qualifications Degree or certificate in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI Report Builder and developing Power BI Dashboards. Strong skills in report and dashboard design, UX/UI, and data analysis. Experience with migrating legacy reports (ideally WebFOCUS or Oracle BI Publisher). Background in public or non‑profit sector would be an asset Pay: $60-75 per hour based on 35 hours per week. 6 month contract – hybrid in Burnaby, BC.
