SE Health in Canada offers a sponsored Personal Support Worker Training Program to grow compassionate PSW professionals. The program starts with paid training and progresses through in-person labs, virtual learning, and practical placements.
Five weeks of paid training at $19.05/hr kick off, followed by part-time community work while continuing education, then four months of virtual learning and dedicated placements. Candidates should be adaptable and community-focused.
