We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of structural steel and secondary steelwork projects. The Role Manage projects from tender through to completion. Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and cost reports. Attend client, design, and pre-contract meetings. Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and plant logistics. Control budgets, schedules, and scope changes. Produce client proposals and maintain accurate project documentation. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts/project management within steelwork or construction . Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Able to read technical drawings and price materials. Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Projects .
