As a Server, you tailor situational service to Guest needs while maintaining composure and communicating effectively. You support Boston Pizza Brand Standards, Food Safety, responsible alcohol service, and a fun, safe workplace. Strong organization and time management help you achieve service goals while working cohesively with team members. The role also involves handling payments, anticipating Guest expectations, and sharing promotions. Professional development and continued skill-building are emphasized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guest Experience throughout each table service
- Maintain accurate orders from appetizers through desserts
- Handle payments and communicate promotions to Guests
- Practice responsible alcohol selling and serving
- Support Brand Standards, Food Safety, and workplace safety
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Ability to communicate goals, challenges, and Guest needs
- Commitment to Foundations of Hospitality and Brand Standards
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced service
