Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible. The opportunity We are currently looking to fill one new opportunity for a Full-Time Service Manager, Community Support Services position within Winnipeg, MB. Hours: 35 hours per week. Responsibilities Plans and implements programs designed to enhance the efficiency and safe delivery of Community Support Services (CSS) to individuals with Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries, Cognitive Challenges, Addictions and Mental Health. Effectively manages and approves program resources, human and financial, to meet program objectives. Recruits, employs, trains, supervises and evaluates support service staff, within a pre‑determined budget in accordance with March of Dimes Canada approved program plans. Monitors and evaluate operational effectiveness and implements changes required for improvement. Participates as a member of CSS Management Team in planning, problem resolution, quality improvement and review of service delivery performance. Monitors and manages annual budgets for the program and performs periodic variance analysis for review with the Regional Director. Qualifications and experience Degree or Diploma in Human Services/Social Services program or equivalent. Healthcare Aide experience and/or healthcare education an asset. 2 – 5 years’ experience in the Social Services/Health Sector. Experience coordinating services for individuals with disabilities, complex care needs and/or brain injuries required. Community based rehabilitation experience working with individuals with disabilities/brain injuries. Demonstrated management experience supervising or leading teams Highly organized and excellent time management skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Demonstrated ability to supervise and train employees including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments Problem solving and conflict resolution skills Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management Knowledge of behavior management principles Knowledge of mental health and addictions Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation Must demonstrate strong computer literacy including the ability to navigate software applications, manage digital files, and use communication tools effectively. $78,188.00 How to apply Please submit your resume by January 20, 2026.
