Egis is actively seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee land development projects, utilizing over a decade of experience in this field. You will drive the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and environmental standards. Your role involves securing project approvals and managing client expectations while pioneering sustainable practices in the development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead municipal and heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Manage client communications and project stakeholders
• Ensure rigorous quality control across all stages
• Foster relationships within the community and industry
• Integrate sustainable design principles into project solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Ontario Professional Engineer license in good standing
• Strong skills in AutoCAD/Civil3D
• Ability to work independently and on teams
