Shift Afternoon (3 PM - 11 PM) Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance projects, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist the maintenance team. Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, including performance evaluations and resource management. Handle administrative duties such as approving overtime, managing Dayforce updates, and scheduling vacations. Conduct shift handovers, provide project updates, assign tasks, and communicate measures. Support cost containment by tracking labor overtime. Perform safety and GMP inspections, address equipment issues, and ensure safety policies are followed. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in food/baking. Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical system knowledge. Experience with automation, PLC, instrumentation, robotics, and bulk handling systems. Knowledge of facility maintenance and plant equipment. Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management. Computer skills including CMMS and Microsoft Office.
