About The Team The Revenue Org at Life360 focuses on three important pillars of our product’s success: revenue growth opportunities, our new ads business, and globalization of Life360. About the Job Life360's ambitious goals are to hit $1 billion in revenue and 150 monthly active users by 2028. To achieve these goals, we are laser-focused on our hypothesis-driven experimentation approach to feature development. We build mobile experiences by testing first, iterating, then rolling out incrementally, all while measuring impact along the way. This role combines deep product engineering leadership with an experimentation and global-first mindset . You’ll design and build foundational in-app experiences that deepen engagement and expand Life360's utility and safety aspects for every member. In addition, you’ll help expand Life360’s global footprint by ensuring internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) are built into our product from day one. You’ll also lead development of market-specific features to help tailor our product-market-fit for European, Asian, and Latin American regions. Your technical leadership will directly shape how families interact with the app worldwide and help Life360 grow to be the #1 brand that improves everyday family life. For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $149,500 to $245,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $195,500 to $230,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
